Orphaned at the age of 9, I consider myself an ambitious, confident young lady with abstract interpersonal skills and an insatiable desire to learn new things. My passions run across the physical and intellectually holistic spectrum, taking into account my love for public speaking and volunteering.
I have a hunger for learning and look to constantly, as well as consistently, grow myself everyday. This eagerness to learn and broaden my knowledge is one of my strongest suits.
I am highly passionate about entrepreneurship and its role in bringing positive social and economic changes, especially in developing country like my own, South Africa. I have taken part in many organisations, namely:
I am the Chairperson of the SAIMM YPC career guidance for the University of the Witwatersrand and University of Johannesburg.
A member of the YPC e-mag team.
Dream for life Africa mentor.
Inkomazi women volunteer.
Wits History makers.
I have a proven ability to get things done and a good track record of personal, corporate and social leadership with honours received from various structure.
It will make my dream come true and give me chance and a platform to give out my ideas on what young people can do to change the world. The MUN university saw me suitable to represent the country in Thailand, they agreed with what I had to say regarding gender equality, quality education, zero hunger as well as no poverty. I will be living proof that anything is possible despite your background or where you come from, and that will give hope to many young girls.
