In a few weeks I will be putting my body to the test with a bunch of other passionate triathlete nutters in the up and coming xterra grabouw triathlon, and pairing each leg of the event (swim, bike, run) with three very worthy causes.
Your donations will go towards supplying clean water for those that need it; into jobs and skills for the unemployed and under-skilled; and safe families for orphaned and vulnerable kids.
