Double Comrades Challenge for Fallen Angels Pet Rescue

Personal message

On the 9th of June Ian Martincich will be attempting to run the Comrades Marathon TWICE IN 24 HOURS!!!!

He starts in Durban at 17.30pm and will run throughout the night to the starting line in Pietermaritzburg where he will join the official race start at 05.30am and hopefully make it back to Durban by the cut off time of 17.30pm

In doing this he hopes to raise awareness and funds for Fallen Angels Pet Rescue. Animals have always been very close to his heart as they cannot speak for themselves and are often neglected or forgotten. Fallen Angels Pet Rescue is a NPO situiated near Melkbosstrand in the Western Cape that currently houses 320 rescued dogs. Their aim is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome F-Forgotten, A-Abandoned, L-Lost, L-Lonely, E-Emaciated and N-Neglected dogs. Their name is the acronym for which they aim to make a difference in.

Fallen Angels Pet Rescue is truly amazed and humbled by this amazing challenge that Ian is doing and we would truly love people to support him and show him how much they appreciate what he is doing for our charity. Please support him by donating, anything from R10 will make a difference and add to an amazing total that will make Ian proud!
