Hi, I am Keshika Williams and I am from North Beach, KwaZulu-Natal.

I have been trying from 2012 to obtain finance to open a spice company and today this is still not successful. I am just trying to be a businesswoman and I am employed after 10 months of running a franchise in Durban South Africa due to the covid lockdown in December 2020- everything went out of control. we ws forced to close our doors and loose the investment that was put into opening the business. The hardest part was to inform the 4 staff members that we had that we can not be opened

I personally know the feeling of being unemployed and added 2 business courses and submitted various BBEE finance and for some reason, I am not considered. We have relocated from Johannesburg last year October due to the passing away of my dad and the business that we have opened had such a huge loss and thousands that was invested in and nothing come out.

We had to close our doors and that was the hardest decision that was ever made. We have tried again and due to COVID, we can not get any clients to pay off their debt. Only when you hit rock bottom and try again do you realize that you have to start over but due to funds, you are held back. We had to sell our vehicle and try to sustain ourselves till I got a permanent job.

Due to the loss, we need to generate a secondary income and start over. This will also assist in the employment of three unemployed people in our community. And assist us to start over and be able to make this work to try and recover what was lost.

any amount that can be given will be highly heartfelt as this will be one step closer to us to restore what was once lost ..

"Thank you and God Bless...
