Personal message

My name is Aletta van Aswegen 42 and I live in Bethlehem Free State. I am fundraising for my grandson, Logan van Aswegen, who was born 10 July 2018.  I am currently divorced and live with my son and resigned to take care of Logan as he needs 24 hours care.

Logan born 10 July 2018; 1 year 1-month-old; weight currently 5;8kg and has been diagnosed with frontal temporal brain atrophy (cerebral palsy). He is currently seeing a dietician, physiotherapist and a brain specialist on a monthly basis. Logan suffers from infantile seizers also chronical spasms.  We have received confirmation that Logan needs to be in Bloemfontein from 17 September for test and a possible operation also from 10 December 2019 for BERA tests.

We would like to help and aid Logan in his Life Journey and to help with his medical and daily expenses. Also traveling costs to and from hospitals as we live in Bethlehem and his treatment is in Bloemfontein.

Funds raised will help cover:
Transport R2000
Accommodation R350 / night stay All depends on how Logan will be hospitalized or daily treated
Daily Expenses for Logan R1000 Plus-minus accordingly to what is needed Formula Soft foods ect
Medical And Pharmacy R1500
Not Planned R1000 There is always unexpected and not planned expenses

It will help and improve Logan's life quality and treatment also to aid and provide in his most needed daily medical expenses and needs.

Funds will be used for Logan's daily and medical expenses and to aid in his life's journey to help him to be cared for.
