Mabeve Babone Business Hub (Mfuleni)

Personal message

Our greatest dream at Mabeve BAbone is to create a space where talented (entrepreneurs and performing artists) young people from the township can get assistance to package their talent into businesses that can put bread not only on their tables but on the tables of the rest of their township communities. We are building up to launching an internet cafe and a computer training centre, and we have a Home School (Early Birds Academy) that we are providing premisses and other support to currently.

We want to build a space to provide affordable office space for small businesses in the next few years. We also want to build theatre spaces and a recording studio to avail to the township artists who will be trained and mentored by our partners.

Please help me build this dream into a reality.

Izenzo Logo

Izenzo looks at the theology of work and how work glorifies God. With 1 in 3 South Africans unemployed many cannot worship God through their work. Clearly God wants us to address this situation.
Izenzo assists churches to assess their employment situation, the needs and resources. A local church team is then formed to set strategies and facilitate ongoing responses including:

  • Ongoing prayer and the powerful intervention of The Holy Spirit
  • Worker readiness programmes
  • Mentoring and accessing work opportunities
  • Business mentoring support for business growth and employment creation

The long term vision is to facilitate partnerships between churches and individuals so that materially well resourced churches can partner with materially poor, but spiritually rich churches.
Journeying together towards employment solutions is a fertile area for holistic discipleship and disciple making
