I was recently caught in the middle of the harsh reality of a gangster shootout in Salt River, Cape Town, leaving my car with R11 000 worth of damages. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time, with no insurance & zero hopes of getting coverage from them. The whole scenario really moved me and made me realise how scary that world can be. I am reaching out to the broader community in an effort to not only help fix my car, but also to raise awareness towards gangsterism.
