New Jerusalem Prayer for Drug Edicts

New Jerusalem Prayer for Drug Edicts

Personal message

Taking the spiritual heart of a drug addict into the throne of God through New Jerusalem prayer to receive God's second chance.

We are hosting a prayer event for the drug addicts staying under the bridge in Durban Albert Park on the 17th of December 2018. I would like to raise funds because we would like to offer them old clothes and give the opportunity to those who are willing to go back home

Funds raised are needed for buying groceries to prepare a meal for them.  Caterers, hiring of a tent, sound system, transport, volunteers to help distribute clothes.

The Gideon Foundation has already started with helping parents who are looking for their children who are lost because of drugs. The painful thing is that these people are now giving birth to children and we can all imagine small children growing under such circumstances. These people are fast becoming a nation themselves. In August 2018, we helped a parent from Eastern Cape who called us for help because she was told that her daughter was living on the street in Durban. We managed to trace the 22 year old lady and we united her with mother. Her friends who helped us locate her advised the mother to buy her drugs to smoke on the way back to Eastern Cape because she cannot survive with a drug anymore . A very painful and traumatic experience for a parent. Let us stand up South Africa before it’s too late.
