Personal message

I've been selected to attend an international youth training conference on peace building and conflict resolution, hosted by the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. The conference takes place in India!

I've covered all costs by delving into my savings, but I need a final financial boost to cover my registration fee of $400 (this fee covers my accommodation, food and travel offered by the organisers).

I pledge that any cent raised over my goal will be donated to the South Africa Washington International Program - a leadership program without which I would not be half the person that I am today. SAWIP works to shape the next generation of change agents in South Africa and is passionately dedicated to servant leadership.

I hope to gain skills and experience that will complement my textbook knowledge of international human rights law and politics so that I can start building an impact-driven career.
