A loving husband writes a heartfelt letter to his wife, battling cancer, reminding her of their love and commitment to each other:
"My dearest wife, on this Valentine's Day I want to remind you how much you mean to me. Your strength and courage in the face of adversity inspires me every day. I am grateful for every moment we have together, and I promise to support you in your journey towards a full recovery. I love you now and forever. Happy Valentine's Day."
