Stand up for Sadia and Chatsworth

Personal message

We would like to raise support for the community of Chatsworth, for the untimely death of little 9-year-old Sadiya Sukrajh who was killed in a hijacking.  Also for all those who have lost loved ones due to crime in the area.

We would like to raise money for Pastor Shailendra Sukhraj (father) and his family.  To assist with costs at this moment and also to help them have time off as a family in this time.

We would also like to raise money for Chatsworth and surrounds community watch.  We would like to raise enough to work with one of Durban's leading security specialists to install cameras and a security presence.  A dedicated Community security service.

We would like government to take notice that Durban will unite to stand against gun violence.

We will all be wearing orange in support with East Coast radio to make our voices heard against gun violence, please join in this Friday, 1 June.

Please donate to show we will not stand for this anymore in Durban.  The news changes weekly but if we can raise enough we hope to create a lasting change and make a difference.

*The campaign creator has opted that Backabuddy transfer funds raised directly to the relevant organisation*
