I am Tashwille Zwaan, 43 year old male with Multiple Sclerosis, living in Paarl who has been on this journey funding my MS medication needs and now needing to seek funding outside personal capacity, which will cover the fentanol 100 stickers and prosthetic legs to keep me stable when standing and walking and not being placed in a wheelchair.

The need for the funding is to purchase prosthetic legs to assist with stability when standing and walking due to me having the disease Multiple Sclerosis.
The inspiration for the campaign is to stand up straight and be able to walk for as long as possible for I am personally not wheelchair ready and was informed that the instability can
I would like to when going for the measurements of the legs, funding to be available to cover all costs related to it at the sessions/ consultations.

For consultations of the fitment of prosthetic braces which will be as follow:
a. measurement consultation
b. Make of the demo sets till proper easy fitment
c. Multiple Exercise/ Practice consultations, walking and daily activity like driving a car with the kit.
d. Medication monthly purchase and delivered.
e. Final set made and issued.
With the donations, I will be able to walk and stand without falling around or be placed in a wheelchair.

Funds will go to clinicians, doctors, therapists related to the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis and make of the prosthetic legs as well as transport vehicle adjustments and arrangements.
