Personal message

I am a South African with a passion to train leaders to transform Africa and founded [email protected] (NPC 2018/286334; SSETA Accredited 13874) in 2018.

South Africa is in a leadership crisis and in need of drastic and desperate action.

We aim to raise masses of leaders at every level of society. Leaders with inspirational vision, impeccable character, transformational teamwork and the ability to be productive and deliver results.

[email protected] develop such leaders. Our goal is to train 100 000 upcoming leaders towards 2025.

To achieve this we seek the support of 20 000 South Africans to invest R375 per month for 12 months (continued towards 2025).

Herewith we will train 20 000 students per year and ignite a much-needed transformational leadership development movement in our country!

CHALLENGES IN THE SOUTH AFRICAN CONTEXT


Challenge 1: Corruption has infiltrated government, business and social structures
Challenge 2: Less than 20% of university students in South Africa graduate
Challenge 3: University graduates lack critical skills to produce results in professional careers
Challenge 4: Unemployment rates is at 29% and 30% of university graduates are unemployed

(studies show that a lack of self-belief, self-discipline and self-leadership are challenge contributors)

[email protected] TRAINING PROCESS

Our Curriculum includes four programs with each Program including 7 Courses of 5 topics:

FOUNDATIONAL LEADERSHIP: This program empowers students to apply foundational leadership knowledge, skills and abilities towards living lives with purpose whilst leading self and others.

AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP: This program empowers students to have characteristics that ensure superiors, peers and subordinates that they can be trusted, work in teams and that they can produce results.


TRANSITIONAL LEADERSHIP: This program empowers students to understand leadership principles that enable them to develop entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to solve problems whilst building lasting relationships in the process of moving into new spheres of influence in life.

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP: This program empowers students to develop an understanding of the spheres of transformation in society and how to exert intentional, transformational influence within each of these spheres of influence.

OUR TEAMS


Our Board of Directors and Training Team boasts a minimum of 15 years of teaching and training experience each. Their experience covers various industries and contexts each and they live with a passion to empower the next generation of leaders.

EMPOWERING them to TRANSITION from Secondary Education to Tertiary Education and enter Professional Careers with skills to deliver results and exert intentional transformational influence.

 To empower 100 000 leaders towards 2025
