Unity Needs your help

Since the Corona virus has broken in South Africa and the president announced a nationwide lock-down from Thursday 27 March, we’ve had to lay off all of our staff.

The restaurant industry like many other industries is under distress, we at Unity are feeling confident that we will pull through this

100% of the money raised will go to our staff to help them through these trying times. They are currently not earning any money. S43 has applied for the UIF relief scheme to help support the staff. However, we know this process can take time for the money to reach our staff. We have 18 staff members and we are trying to raise approximately R3000 for each of them.

This fund has been created to support our 18 staff members who have been temporarily laid off due to the effects of the Corona Virus. We are contributing 100% of the money to our staff who live hand to mouth. We hope to be back up and running as soon as all the restrictions have been lifted.

We aim to provide each staff member with R3300 to help them get through these difficult times.
