Wheelchair for Justin

Personal message

I'm appealing to the public to assist me in raising funds for a new all terrain chair. I don't have medical aid at this stage to assist with getting a new chair.

My name is Justin Ware. I became disabled on the 27th of May 2000 playing first team rugby for Loeveld High School. I was playing hooker and my head got stuck on the apposing hooker's shoulder. I broke my neck c4/c5 ... Leaving me paralyzed from the shoulders down. In 2002 I moved to KZN where I did further studies and worked. In 2005 I met my wife to be.  I got married in 2008. In 2013 my wife and I moved back to the lowveld to be closer to family. We wanted to farm and live independently .

We started Ware's Quail farm 4 1/2 years ago and it has grown from strength to strength.

Why a new wheelchair?
My current wheelchair is almost 8 years old and it is starting to show it's age. It has mechanical issues which started a few years ago and are more and more frequent. This leaves me without a wheelchair while it is being repaired at great expense expense (parts from Australia) to the Christ Burger Petrol Jackson fund.

Why the REVA wheelchair?

REVA Wheelchairs are designed to be robust and strong, yet elegant in its sophistication.

Big broad wheels
Super strong castors
Highly efficient anti-tip wheels
Skid plate
Low height High ground clearance
Powerful 450W motors
