My X made me do it

Personal message

Stephen is planning to ride around the Western Cape, stopping at 47 towns and villages, delivering leaflets and building awareness about Klinefelter's syndrome which is quite common (about 1:600 boys is born XXY) yet  it is under-diagnosed or misdiagnosed due to it being relatively unrecognised even by health professionals. Please sponsor Stephen for each town he stops at.

XXY47 Klinefelter's syndrome

XXY47 Klinefelter's syndrome Logo

XXY47 aims to build awareness of this relatively common yet underdiagnosed condition. We aim to educate and inform teachers and health professionals and to help and support those affected. About 1 in 500 boys is born with an extra X chromosome. While Klinefelter's syndrome is not at first obvious it has far-reaching effects, both physical and psychosocial.
