Stop DTO Corruption in Dinokeng Campaign

The Corrupted DTO Director Solani Mhtetwa and her support team of mostly self elected DTO members, has brought an urgent application to stop us from informing the Tourism industry and the Dinokeng Region of heir Corruption and fraud. 

We need your help to defend this case for all business owners in Dinokeng, and to take back our regions tourism Industry. 

Funds that is not use for the case, will be used to promote the Dinokeng region via www.dinokeng.directory and www.dinokeng.co.za 

Our story....

It has come to our attention that the Current DTO members are continuing too make defamatory statements against myself Aldo Cilliers and our Business FSBGroup in the DGR region.  The DTO and its members have already received a Cease and Desist warning from our attorney, which they clearly ignore, but that just shows to their character and what they feel for the law. 

As we have several clients in the region, and our client base is growing in the region, we just want to state the following FACTS about the current DTO VS FSBGroup/ALDO Cilliers case. 

All the information on the website was discover over a 12 month period, with the help of the DA’s investigation unit into fraud and corruption in our region specific, and therefor we are making it public so the region understands how the DTO, Dinokeng Projects and the MEC Tasneem Motara’s office of Economic Development is using our region for their personal and friends gain.  

Did you see any marking material worth R800,000 in the past 2 years?  This was just one question we asked, and up to date the DTO had not submitted annual financials for 2 years or state where this money went.  The MEC’s feedback can be found on our website with this info. 

This whole case stared due to certain DTO Members, Louw Allan and Solani Mtethwa refusing to pay an Invoice for work already completed.  In a zoom meeting 13th of June 2022, Louw Allan clearly states on the Recording, that unless we provide our service for FREE, he will see to it that a 3rd party copies our model we introduced to the region, and they will not pay us. 

This, as he stated, then happened on the 11th of November 2022, their new Website was launched with a part of the website, our model that we introduced. 

In November The DTO asked for a mediation sit-down to settle the matter. We adhered to all there request in 24 hours, and again, they refused payment on their own mediation agreements. 

To try to and avoid payment of our invoice, the DTO have involved  Dinokeng Projects and the MEC’s office   to try and intimated us with litigation threats over a period 8 months. 

The Dinokeng Director Solani Mtethwa even made a personal call to me to threaten me,  have taken this up just after the call with Gerhard van Jaarsveld, who was the Charmain at that stage.  He had no control over Solani, Louw And Thabo, and removed himself from any further talks about our invoice. 

Just to state. Chris Pieterse, The original chairman, Gerhard van Jaarsveld, the second Charmain, and Suzette Lerm all stated that we need to be paid for our work, but Thabo Mokhele, Louw Allan and Solani Mtethwa refuse that the invoice be paid, even after they have requested the mediation as well. 

So two legal binding agreements that Louw Allan and Solani Mtethwa refuse to honour, and to protect their honour, they have launched a personal vendetta, now even making us of the DTO’s money for their personal vendetta gains the FSbGroup and Aldo Cilliers.
