Aneeqa The Applied Mathematician Campaign

Dear everyone,

Asalaamu Alaykum! My name is Aneeqa Karriem, and I am currently in Grade 12. I wanted to take a moment to share my story and appeal to all of you for help.

Growing up, I always believed that hard work would ensure the realization of my dreams. However, life presented me with a difficult challenge when my family found themselves facing financial struggles. My mother, being the sole provider, is burdened not only with paying for my education this year but also for the next. This has left me feeling overwhelmed, as I not only have to contend with finals but also the uncertainty of the coming year.

Searching for assistance was not an easy task, but I am grateful to have come across the Back a Buddy campaign. It has opened my eyes to the generosity and kindness that exists in our world. Therefore, I am reaching out to all of you and humbly requesting your support through a small donation towards my education. Even the smallest contributions will go a long way in alleviating the financial burden on my mother and my family. Every little bit counts and would mean the world to me.

If making a donation is not possible, I kindly ask that you consider sharing my campaign video or spreading the word about my situation. Your help in raising awareness could make a significant difference in my journey towards achieving my dreams.

As our former President, Nelson Mandela, once said, "Knowledge is power." However, I believe that "Unity is power" too.
