Fundraising for historic debt Campaign

I am Anele Hawa Gwala born and bred in Kwamashu Township. I began my studies at the Durban University of Technology in 2017 for the diploma in business administration which I completed in 2020. I then went on to do an Advanced diploma which I completed in 2021. I am in need of financial assistance for the postgraduate diploma in business administration which I completed in 2022 it will be conferred to me 27 May 2023. I have no funding since NSFAS announced that it does not pay for a postgraduate qualification, I am a previous bursary holder of NSFAS. My mother is a single parent who has been unemployed for 5 years due to an eye disability. It would be of great pleasure to receive any form of financial assistance. I would like to further my studies but I am unable to do so as I have historic debt for the Advanced diploma in business administration. I would love to further my studies in the Business Administration field. The reason behind me choosing this course is that it allows me to oversee an organization's time, resources, and personnel. As a business administration Professional my duty is to make sure that firms and organizations are operated financially, effectively, and efficiently. I have experience as a Business Administration intern at Marshall’s World of sport which was for a period of 12 months. My duties included assisting the human resource department, Operations department as well as reception duties on a rotation basis. I worked as a contact centre agent for the unlimited group for a scratch and dent campaign as well as for the Ignition group also for 6 months for a DSTV campaign. I worked as a cleaner from July to August 2020 as a replacement for a person who was on sick leave at Ensure services. The past year I worked as a sales associate for a TFG company called Sportsmen. My experience at these companies has taught me the value that passionate customer service is crucial. I have up selling, time management, merchandising, and problem-solving skills. I am proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, I did an online course on all three MS programs. As a student, I have been extensively involved in my school community, which has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills. My involvement in various events, including debates and sports activities has allowed me to work closely with my peers while supporting the school community as a whole. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong time management and organizational skills, which I see as being very important when seeking to work while continuing to study. Personal attributes that I believe make me suitable for this bursary include:
Volunteer participation and school results demonstrate high motivation. Customer Service: Assisting with the sale of products at community events and experiences in the retail industry has allowed the development of customer service skills.
