Cows for the village Campaign

As the youth of mallota skrall we don't have opportunities because there are no industries to provide jobsin our community, and we can not leave for town to look for jobs because we don't have money for rent and transport fees, farming is the only way that can take us out of porvety.. we have land but we don't have funds or capital to buy cows. I wish to raise funds to buy cows that produces meat and cows for milk so I can create jobs for the youth of our village, we have good land for grazing and water is available. I wish to raise funds so I can buy cows and hire people to look after them and treat them. In the village there is a market that buys cows every month, it will be easy to raise cows and sell them so there will be cash flow to pay struggling youth that will be working on the farm.. please help me create jobs in my village.
