Andell needs urgent help Campaign

Hello. My name is Andell  and this is my story... When I was six years old I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Over the years I was in and out of the hospital and with this came many complications. In 2019,  my kidneys suffured a great deal and due to this I accumulated water around my lungs. After 21 days in hospital, I finally went home.  From there, my health became worse and in 2021 I was diagnosed with Cronic Kindey failure.  I had to start dyalisis immediately Three times a week. I also lost my one toe in 2022 due to infection and my body not being able to heal properly. This came with many changes which financially can be difficult. Medical expenses and special (very expensive diets) all add up.  I have also recently found some supplements that help me but it costs R2000 for one months supply. The kidney transplant list is really long and  if someone can give me a kidney there are some tests that need to be paid as well.  I would like to ask for some help. And for people to consider becoming organ donars. You can safe so many lifes!
