MRI for Zoe Campaign

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Catharine Koorts, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share my daughter Zoe's story and seek your support.

Zoe, my 14-year-old daughter, is a vibrant, caring, and active teenager who loves hockey, dancing, and running. However, a month ago, she began experiencing a concerning issue with her hip. Her hip bone voluntarily "pops" out, causing her significant pain, and though she can pop it back in, the discomfort persists. During one of her hockey games three weeks ago, this issue escalated, and despite the intensified pain, Zoe bravely continued to play, demonstrating her unwavering passion for the activities she loves.

As a single mother without medical aid or savings, affording the necessary medical care for Zoe has become an overwhelming challenge. We have explored options at state clinics and hospitals, only to encounter a daunting six-month waiting period. The situation has left us feeling helpless, and it's heartbreaking to witness Zoe's struggle as she endeavors to maintain a positive spirit in the face of constant pain.

Our immediate need is for Zoe to undergo an MRI, a crucial step in understanding and addressing her condition. Regrettably, the financial burden is beyond our means, and this is where we humbly turn to you for assistance.
