The DASH LEOPARDS soccer school is situated in the disadvantage community of Hangberg in Hout Bay, Cape Town. Many daily chalenges face this unique aboriginal community. Inspired to be the change,Ricardo Phillips established the soccer school to help youngsters focus their energy into positive activity. We currently have teams playing under 11 and under 14 years.

There is an after school Library Program which helps team to complete homework and projects and it also incorporating life skills. We currently have a German Intern assisting with life skils. Recently an IMPROVED EATING PLAN was rolled out, teaching the kids to be mindful of what they eat. We dispense green smoothies with Moringa Power on Thursdays after training, fruit salad on Sunday after training and ePAP on every other day.

The Leopards are attending the Open Easter Tournament in the Netherlands on the Easter weekend. Funds are required to get these talented youngsters on the plane to their destination. We are only two school in South Africa participating in this tournament. We have arranged a visit to FCB Barcelona (a surprice) to meet their soccer heros.

We believe that exposing these soccer players to different situations and environment helps to build greater character and strength and interrelations. This will also greatly influence their decisions in life when shown what is available to them.. The school needs funds in order to continue on this positive trend.
