Help Liz Get to Santa Susana Campaign

My name is Elizabeth Dumagude and I'm a 28 year old IFBB Wellness Bikini Bodybuilder.

Since starting my fitness journey in 2017, it has been my DREAM to represent South Africa at IFBB World Championships and earn my Protea Colours in Bodybuilding. I have been invited to represent South Africa in Santa Susanna, Spain from the 1st to 5th November 2023. 

My bodybuilding achievements are as follows:

2021: 2nd Place Gauteng Central Provincials

2022: 2nd Place Boksburg Classic. 2nd Place Gauteng Central Provincials and an invite to SA Champs.

2023: 1st Place Gauteng Central Provincials. 1st Place SA Champs and the Overall Wellness Champion. Being the 2nd black female athlete to win a Regional Show, a National show and an Overall title all in the same year, since 2018.

I transformed my life from an 85kg party girl to an athlete that lives a balanced lifestyle and focused on my competitive goals. I know what it takes to turn your life around. I can truly say that fitness saved my life and gave me purpose. If you are able to, please assist me to realize my dream of representing our beautiful and diverse country in Santa Susanna Spain. All the costs need to be covered by myself and I am asking for donations, no matter how big or small, to help my dream become a reality. The costs include athlete registration, tan, hair & make up, flights and accommodation. Being able to compete in this prestigious event would mean so much to me and any help and support I can get would be greatly appreciated!
