Ruben Dubai Sevens Rugby Campaign Campaign
My Son, Ruben Elliott has been selected to be part of the Sevens Rugby Team who will compete in the 2023 edition of the Emirates Dubai 7s tournament. The selected team will have the opportunity to travel to Dubai from the 27th of November to the 4th of December 2023.This tour gives young sports men the chance of a lifetime, to play against international opposition and possibly get noticed by overseas clubs.
Ruben has played rugby for the junior Sharks, and is currently playing for the Under 18 Collegians Colts in Durban, as well as his schools first team (Curro Salt Rock).
This opportunity to play in one of the worlds premier sevens rugby tournaments would be the chance of a lifetime for Ruben to not only broaden his horizons, but also add immense value to his growth as a person and to achieve his dreams of playing for the South African national rugby side.
