Bowls International Ladies Quadrangular T Campaign
My friend and fellow bowler from Edgemead is Skipping the Ladies SAPS teams in the African Commonwealth Quadrangular Tournament in George. They are representing South Africa against Botswana, Zimbabwe and Correctional.The had to qualify to represent.
In one week they play Fours, Pairs and Singles.
Nadine Ascaray from Cape Town Skip
Charlene Colyn Eastern Cape 3rd
Judith Venter Mafikeng 2nd
Sonja Lombaard from Gauteng Lead, only change to the team that won every discipline last year.
SAPS men and women won 20 of the 30 trophies overall including the Overall Winners.
These ladies need to raise money for accommodation, food, drinks, travel, clothing and transport.
I don't know the other ladies financial situation but Nadine is a single mom whose son so happens to be a Premier League Skip and WP bowler who has won numerous trophies at all level including BSA
Please help these South African "Bokkies" come out on top
