A Black Child Campaign

I am a black child who is from a poor family with only one parent which is my mother. I am currently doing my BA in Performing Arts at the University Of Limpopo second year. I was not funded last year so I am indebted even this yes even though I am funded. I am starting this campaign because I am afraid that what nearly happened this year whereby I could not register due to finance could affect me next year . Its my second month not receiving any food allowance so that rose an alert that maybe things next year might not go in my way. I need to settle the fees in order to get my degree next year.
