I'm Kobus van Niekerk, a 41-year-old bodybuilder. I suffered a bicep tendon injury while preparing for the World Championships, and I need urgent surgery, which costs R65,000. Unfortunately, I don't have medical insurance, and public hospitals can't help. I'm also aiming for a significant event next year.
