Saving Chubaka Campaign

Hello Everyone, this is Chubaka. We adopted him when he was 8 weeks old, he had been rescued out of a very neglected state in the squatter camp near Benoni. We have raised him with so much love and the best we have been able to do but some damage was already done before we resued him, he is a very scared and anxious boy, strangers will never see the pup that is the joy of our life. He has such love and character and this is why the situation is completly breaking my heart, he is only 2 years old now and his body is giving up on him, he has angular limb deformity, which means his legs are skew and have no support to carry him, we have him on suppliments, a good diet and inflammatories and pain killers for when it gets really bad but our recent visit with the vet showed he desperately needs correction surgery or before long he will be suffering terribly. The surgery is called angular limb correction and would give him a much longer and happier life completely changing the structure of his legs that are already collapsing. We've contacted animal surgeons who have been quite uncaring to our situation and the cost per leg is nowhere near afforable for me nor will they assist with a payment plan. He needs the surgery to fix his legs or it wont be long before he cant walk or is in debilitating pain. A pup with so much bounce and energy and personality, it will destroy his spirit if we cant find a way to help him.
