Lotsha Ministries Trust
Lotsha Ministries encourages participation in programs and productive activites which rebuild people. Underlying all activities and interactions is the faith-based belief that, in order to put an end to the cycle of poverty and crime, people need to be encouraged to change their lifestyle, have their self-esteem restored, to understand and appreciate the value of life, and most importantly, to be restored spiritually.
We have embarked on various projects as a way of combining with the community to reach the community. We have a project called Siza-Abantwana, this is where we focus on children/young people in schools, in the streets, orphanages, and juenile prisons, to motivate them, to feed them and to teach them how to be creative using their own hands (arts and craft), we also have a "Get Real" drug course for the youth, where we educate, inform and raise awareness on dangers, effects and consequences of drugs/substance abuse. Once in a year we run a "Fun Walk anti-drug awareness campaign" in the community, having the youth standing together and saying "NO" to drugs, and we believe that with this campaign, we can help save many lives of young people who have dedicated their lives on drugs! We need to stand together against this drug issue, it kills our future generation.
Sorry, no projects have been created yet.
