My dad needs a cardiologist Campaign

I'm reaching out on behalf of my dad (63) who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 heart failure and other health issues. We're in a tough financial situation, with no medical aid and the need to see specialists urgently. My mom is the sole provider, and they also need to move due to their rented townhouse being sold.
