Help netta walk again please i need help Campaign

Good day i came  to ask help from people out there i need was in a car accident in 2003 and injured my right hip i had to go for surgery on my hip and it al went wrong now i am sitting with out a hip and have about 5 virus in my leg and infection and there is no antibiotics that helps for this the  only way to get rid of this viruses is to under go surgery again and to clean it out in theater  and to let them put my hip back  my family write me off  and i lost both my parents  my dad past away  6 September 2013 and my mom past away 30 of june 2014  i am staying at people of my church and u have to rely on them   that is why i need to go for this operation private the government hospital were i did the operations the first time can do nothing for me anymore that is what they say  i need to get on my feed again to start working again and to be able to help my self again  i was in hospital for almost  a year please if  there is any one out the that is able to help me i will appreciate it
