Next Level Living Inc

My name is Craig Alexander, and I’m writing on behalf of Next Level Living Cape Town (NLL CT).  Next Level Living Cape Town; founded in 2016, is a youth ministry that operates under the guidance of Next Level Living INC (NLL); a Global Non-Profit Ministry.  The ultimate purpose of our organization is to help communities; in particularly young adults, in Cape Town, go to the Next Level in their relationship with God. We believe that this is possible through reaching out to the less fortunate, through service, community and health programs that aim to seek in making a positive impact in the livelihoods and daily struggles of young people in Cape Town.

What We Do:

NLL CT has embarked on initiatives to facilitate spiritual and social development and upliftment in the lives of young people, in ways that they can identify with and actively be involved in. To date we have ministered and serviced numerous Cape Flats communities, children homes, shelters, disaster and poverty stricken communities all through generous donations, sponsorships and volunteering of time.

The first weekend of each month NLL CT; through our Feed My Sheep (FMS)  initiative,  reaches out to at least one underprivileged, under-resourced Cape Flats community that’s held hostage by crime, drugs and emotional abuse. Our monthly outreach events is one that seeks to unite communities, decrease violence, and provides a sense of hope and stability for the people of Cape Town.

Since June 2018 and for the remainder of 2018, NLL CT has committed to focus on one such community in Philippi ( Philippi Council Camp better known as Kampies) with the aim of making a meaningful impact in the community through our various upliftment and development projects.

Our Community Agenda is as follows:

  • Feeding scheme Projects- Prepared cooked meals(bread, soup, warm meals), food and clothing parcels
  • Providing Medical Assistance (Health Awareness and Screenings, HIV Testing, Blood Pressure and Sugar testing ect.)
  • Recreational Activities for kids (Jumping Castles, Face Painting, Storytelling, instilling educational and hygienic values, ect.)
  • Community Development/ Upliftment ( vegetable gardens, clean-ups and restoration, youth programs and workshops)
  • Spiritual Emphasis- Our core aim is to show the love of Christ, so in addition to our acts of service, we also provide uplifting and encouraging material such as bibles, dvd’s, tracks ect. as well as hosting prayer meetings and bible study.

Our upcoming project - Feed My Sheep Hamper Drive ( 100 Hampers to 100 Homes)

Our final project for the year in the community will be our Hamper Drive which aims at handing out to each household (100) in the community a perishable Christmas food hamper. The handout will take place on Monday, 17 December 2018 and will be accompanied by a Christmas/Braai lunch and activities for the community.

How can you support this project:

  1. Donate any of the listed items on the poster attached;
  2. Donate any monetary amount towards the project;
  3. Earnestly pray for the project

Our desire is to foster relationships with other NGO’s, corporate companies, service providers, churches  and individuals in requesting assistance in helping us make a greater impact in these struggling Cape Town communities and providing them with access to services that they would not ordinarily have easy access to. If you or your organization can in anyway assist in the fulfillment of our community agenda and prjects, we would be greatly appreciative.

We trust our request will be well received and will return with positive feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact me on the details provided below for further enquiries.

Yours in next level service,
