Heupvervanging Campaign

My skoonma Sophia Brits het n heupvervanging nodig.

Sy is 53 jaar oud en bly in Wellington. Skoonma het nog altyd 'n probleem gehad met haar heup, maar dit was nog nooit op so stadium dat sy wakker sit in die aande van pyn nie. Sy het ekstrale laat doen en die dokter het toe vir haar gesê dat sy dringend n heupvervanging moet kry.

As sy nie die heupvervanging kry nie sal sy eendag nie meer kan loop of uit die bed uit opstaan nie. Skoonma is iemand met passie en ambisie vir die lewe, skoonma sit nooit stil nie en is altyd besig, somtyds so besig dat ek sé - " ma kom sit nou n bietjie".

Sy is n ouma van 3 wonderlike kleinkinders en ek kan die hartseer in haar oë sien as sy nie meer met hulle kan speel nie. Die kindertjies verstaan mooi dat ouma se been seer is, maar hulle wil hê ouma moet saam bal skop of saam gaan stap as hulle fietsies ry. Skoonma het ongelukkig nie n medies nie en dis hoekom ek haar registreur op die platvorm om te kyk of ons nie dalk donasies kan kry nie.

My een wens is dat sy die heupvervanging kan kry sodat sy in die toekoms met ons kleintjie ook kan speel en haar tyd as ouma geniet. Ons bly genadig en ons bly bid dat die Here ons sal help om die droom waar te maak.

Sophia Brits, my 53-year-old mother-in-law residing in Wellington, urgently needs a hip replacement due to her chronic hip problem, which has escalated to unbearable pain, keeping her awake at night.

Despite her discomfort, she is a spirited and active individual, always on the move. Her passion for life is evident, but her deteriorating health hinders her ability to fully engage with her three beloved grandchildren. I witness the sadness in her eyes as she struggles to participate in their activities, longing to play with them.

Realizing the urgency of her situation, I sought medical advice, leading to the recommendation for an immediate hip replacement. Without this surgery, her condition could worsen to the point where she may lose her mobility entirely. Witnessing her zest for life and her desire to be an active grandmother, I've taken the initiative to seek help.

Unfortunately, Sophia does not have a regular doctor, prompting me to register her on this platform in the hope of receiving donations for her surgery. My fervent wish is for her to undergo the hip replacement surgery, enabling her to embrace a pain-free life, play with her grandchildren, and enjoy her time as a grandmother, including the arrival of our little one in the future.
