Heart Transplant Campaign

I used to be the most vibrant and energetic person. Enthusiastic and eager to take life on. Until I was diagnosed with nonischemic dilated cardiomyopathy. This is a condition that eats away at you slowly and leaves you utterly helpless. I currently cannot walk to my bathroom without getting exhausted or any pains. I am in desperate need of a heart transplant so that my life can return to normal. I no longer enjoy life and I can see this condition not only affecting me but that of my family. They constantly have to look after me and without their support I would have given up by now.
