FUNDS FOR RELOCATING PETTING ZOO ANIMALS Campaign

My loveable petting zoo has been housed at a small holding near Kuilsriver golf club for more than 10 years.

Now with hardly any notice the landlord has asked us to vacate the area where I keep my animals as the 2 farms have been sold & a redelopment project is going to btake place with a road being built through the area where the 2 farms are.

This has come as a total shock to us & we have to worry about the welfare of our animals as we need also to abide by the PAPA Licence requirements.

As we went through COVID19 without being able to earn any money, we are now in a dire financial state as all the cages have to be dismantled & rebuilt at the new premises I luckily found, but this is going to cost me a minimum of R 50 000 as I need to pay the workers who are going to help me, materials & transport. I am in such a state at the moment and don't know how to handle this as I have insufficient funds to set up the cages at the new place & I don't want my animals to suffer in anyway as I have always been a big animal lover.

My petting zoo which is part of Party Pro was invited twice to appear on HecticNine9 as well as Expresso.

We get booked by most of the creches, daycares, aftercares, Red Cross Hospital, disadvantaged & kids as well as adults with disabilities, as the animals are very good for therapeutic & educational purposes.

I am pleading for any person or company to help us at their easrliest convenience as we only have a deadline til the 31st October
