University Fees 62478 Campaign

My Name is Ramalapi Tshepo I have an issue with university fees. Last year I was accepted at North West University, I accepted the offer then later on I deregistered causing me to have a debt. The university took legal actions against me the debt keeps on growing. I can’t register because of the debt I’m scared I might not be able to return to university next year. I was hoping I could get help with my registration fee as well as the debt so I be able to return to university next year. Thank you all in advance for the help.
