Request for Urgent Contributions for Surgical expenses

I am writing to you today with a heartfelt request for assistance on behalf of a dear friend and daughter, Antoinette de Lange who is a single mother of two beautiful daughters 10 years and 16 years, who is currently facing a severe medical condition that requires urgent attention.
Antoinette has been struggling with a thyroid condition for some time now, which has grown to an alarming size. This enlarged thyroid gland is now exerting immense pressure on her trachea (airway) and esophagus, making it extremely difficult for her to breathe and swallow. The situation has now reached a critical point, and her doctor has expressed deep concern over the risks associated with her condition. As such, an immediate surgery to remove the enlarged thyroid gland is the only viable option to ensure her well-being and quality of life.
The unfortunate circumstance here is that Antoinette does not have access to medical aid to cover the costs of this necessary surgical intervention that needs to happen within the next two to three weeks. The estimated cost of the surgery is approximately R300,000, which is a significant financial burden for her and her family to bear.
