Fix the Road Campaign

After the recent flood, our community was fortunate to have access in and out of the area via the gravel Transnet Road behind High Riding.  It was fortuitous that we had recently worked on the road, making it usable, even for low lying vehicles.

However due to its extensive use during the floods, the road now requires resurfacing and ongoing maintenance. 

We appeal to our local farms, estate and wider community to contribute funds to ensure the continued upkeep of this vital exit road for future emergicies.

Your support and help can help us all  maintain an accessible route in times of need. 

The funds will be deposited into the Farm Watch account and funds distributed for diesel and Labour. This will ensure the fund use transparency.
